Innovation Dance offers many styles of dance classes for adults at our wonderful studio in Ealing, London. Whether you’re setting foot on the dance floor for the first time, or you have years of experience to your name, we are sure to have the right class for you.

Adult Street Dance

Adult Street Dance

A fun, high energy class, which teaches street dance moves whilst giving you a full body workout! The class starts with a cardio warm-up, using hip hop moves to give you an aerobic workout, and moves on to learning and breaking down a new street dance routine each week. We cover different street styles, including locking, hip hop, house and basic breaking.

Adult Ballet

Adult Ballet

Ballet is the foundation of all styles of dance, and develops grace, poise and dance technique. Its a great class both for experienced dancers and those new to ballet (read more to find your class level) and will help tone the body whilst improving flexibility and balance.

Yoga & Quigong

Quigonghas been called “Chinese Yoga”, just as Yoga has been referred to as “Indian Quigong”. Qigong can be considered as a combination of a number of Yoga (the science of self-realization) and Ayuerveda (the science of self-healing) practices. Both Yoga and Qigong are excellent for focused stretching, strengthening, and health maintenance.

Tap is one of the most iconic dance forms. So if you love the idea of tapping out some rhythms and improving your timing, fitness and flexibility then try our tip top adult tap dance class. The class is a step-by-step guide to the essential steps, sounds and moves of tap dance. As a guide, those who know a timestep should choose Intermediate / Advanced, otherwise start with the Beginner class.

Contemporary dance uses fluid movements and unrestricted lines to express emotion. Its an exciting dance form, which can fuse elements of jazz, modern, ballet & lyrical, and can help develop balance, poise and technique.

Ballroom & Latin Fusion

Ballroom & Latin Fusion

A fun, social class learning a variety of ballroom & latin styles, including the foxtrot, tango, quickstep, waltz, cha-cha-cha, rumba, rock and roll and salsa. All dancers are very welcome to come on their own or with a partner.

A great class to build confidence & fitness, and to learn how to shimmy and undulate with grace! A fun class, suitable for all levels.
