🌞 What a Summer Show! 🌞
Celebrating the Innovation Dance Summer Show 2025 at the Arts Depot
What an incredible day of dance we had at the Pentland Theatre, Arts Depot on Sunday 13th July! Our annual Finchley Summer Show was a celebration of creativity, talent, and community — and we couldn’t be prouder of every single dancer who took to the stage.
From our tiniest Tots to our incredible Senior teams, the performances were packed with personality. Whether you were dancing in your very first show or performing in your final year with us, you lit up the stage and brought the house down.
💃 Two Fabulous Shows
The day featured two amazing showcases. Our Junior Show at 1:00pm was full of sparkle and energy from our ballet, tap, street, contemporary and drama classes — with standout performances from Junior Starz and our younger troupes.
Later in the day, the Senior Show at 5:00pm took things up a gear with powerful contemporary, explosive street dance, high-energy commercial, and brilliant tap and ballet numbers — featuring our Senior Starz, iD teams, adult dancers and more.
A huge well done to all of our performers — you brought talent, teamwork and so much heart to the stage. We were blown away by the energy in both shows!
🌟 Special Shoutouts
We want to give a big round of applause to our incredible iD troupes — iDentity, iD Empire, PRi-DE, PRi-DE Training Troupe, and iD Collective. These dancers are part of our selected troupe programme and will soon be representing Innovation Dance at the UDO World Championships in Blackpool this August. We are so proud of you — go smash it on the world stage!

To all of our dancers — you were amazing. Your dedication and joy were so clear to see. You gave it your all and made this show truly special.
To our teachers — thank you for creating such powerful, exciting, and inspiring routines. Your passion and creativity are at the heart of everything we do.
To our parents and carers — we see the effort it takes: the lifts, the costumes, the snacks, the last-minute hair gel — and we’re so grateful. Most of us at Innovation Dance are dance parents too, and we know it’s a family commitment. Thank you for everything you do behind the scenes.
🎭 Rehearsals & Teamwork
We also want to thank our backstage crew, chaperones, and the amazing team at Arts Depot for keeping things running so smoothly. Our Saturday and Sunday rehearsals were a brilliant build-up to the main event, and every helper played their part in making this show a success.
