A short note on what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

What this is about
Every ticket to our Finchley annual show includes a download link to the professionally filmed performance. To send you that link, we need a name and an email address. This page explains how that works and what we do with your details.
You give your details, and your permission for them to be shared with us, when you book through the artsdepot box office. We don't collect anything separately on this website.
What we collect
Just two things
- The name of the person who booked the ticket.
- The email address of the person who booked the ticket.
artsdepot only passes these details to us if you tick the relevant box at checkout, or agree to share them when booking by phone or in person at the box office.
What we use it for
One purpose only
We use your name and email address solely to send you the link to the professional film of the show after the performance. That's it.
We will not add you to a marketing list, send you newsletters, share your details with any third party, or use your details for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
Until the link expires
We keep your name and email until the film link has been sent and the link's viewing window has closed. After that, we delete the list. We don't carry your details over to next year's show, and we don't use them for any future contact.
Your rights
If you change your mind
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you'd like us to remove your details from the show film mailing list at any point, just email us using the address below and we'll do it straight away.
You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
